If you would like your writing about environment, development, peace and justice issues to be featured on EarthAction’s website, we encourage you to submit your original work! We are interested in diverse voices and views about local and international issues from all over the world.
We read each submission that comes to us within two weeks of receiving it. We will let you know if we’ll publish your post. We do not provide feedback or editing of posts if we do not choose to publish them.
If you do not have a piece of writing, you can also submit an issue or subject that you would like others to write about.
Guidelines:

Use the following format to name your .doc or .jpeg document: year-month-day, title of post, and your full name.
Example: “15-09-30EnvironmentalJusticeInCameroonByEdgarAbogo.doc” -
Your post may be handwritten and scanned but please write legibly!

Keep it around 500 words or less.

English is preferred, but if you submit your piece in another language, we will do our best to report on the issue.

Please include citations and give credit when due.

All photos must be your own or you must have written permission from the photographer/source for any photos used. Please include permission statement.
We look forward to publishing what you have to say on EarthAction’s website. We may find opportunities to share your piece more widely for other educational purposes. We recognize that you hold the copyright to your original work and will give you full acknowledgement.
